Abstract

It is important to maintain good habitual posture in daily life. Abnormal body ali gnment is provoked by excessive tension of bad posture. And these sympt om is connected with other disorder of the body like back pain, cervical pa in and shoulder pain through inaccurate body mechanism in daily life. The post ural control system is divided into three basic functional components for a ssessment : 1) musculoskeletal components, 2) motor coordination compone nts, and 3) sensory organization components. It is proposed that a systemic functional understanding of human balance is critical to effective programs for core stability exercise. We suggest that core stability exercise is effectiv e in the postural control in the persons.
